     3. Competitions & Promotions

2 for 1 Dinner Deal Terms

The 2 for 1 Dinner Deal can only be accessed on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5 pm until close during the Month of March 2020. It is not available with any other offer and is not available with any function bookings. The deal cannot be divided to provide a Dinner for 1 guest but requires a minimum of 2 guests to obtain. We may change the terms of this deal from time to time and the length that the deal will be in place is at the sole discretion of Pilpel On The Water Pty Ltd. We reserve the right to decline any bookings at the sole discretion of management for any reason. Bookings will be limited to the first 100 guests for that night, in the event of ‘no shows’ for bookings ‘walk-in’ patrons may be able to access this deal.

Dinner for 10 Competition

The “Dinner for 10” Competition starts on the 28th of February 2020 at 10:00 am and runs until 31st of March, 2020 11:59 pm. This competition is a game of chance. Entrants are to fill in all the fields on the cards, provided in the restaurant, then return the card to our staff. By filling in this card entrants consent to their personal information being used for the purpose of communicating with the entrant about our services, special offers or promotions, etc which will include an opt-out or unsubscribe feature  The prize for this competition is Dinner for 10 at Pilpel Restaurant which is the Israeli Set Menu (valued at $54.90 each or $549 total). The prize is only for the set menu and its inclusions at the time the prize is booked at the restaurant. The prize does not include additional/extra drinks / food etc that aren’t already included with the meal. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be swapped for cash or gift vouchers. Booking the date and time for the Dinner is subject to availability and can be adjusted by the management of Pilpel Restaurant at any time. Winners will be notified by telephone only and the winning entrants’ details posted on our Facebook page once contact is made. Should you wish to not be publically acknowledged as the winner you must advise Pilpel upon notification of being the winner (whether by phone or email.). One entry per person, per day, is valid. Entrants who attempt to enter multiple times on the same day will be disqualified from the draw. To claim the prize the winner must call Pilpel and request the date and time they’d like to have the dinner. The prize cannot be split over multiple nights, ie 5 guests one night and 5 another night. Pilpel On The Water Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms of this competition at any time regarding the end date. Should the winning card be drawn and the winner is uncontactable (not answering the phone call) Pilpel will re-draw until contact can be made with an entrant.

To enter this competition, participants must do the following:

3. Take a snap of you enjoying your coffee
4. Tag Pilpel Express and Your mates in your photo post
5. The more friends that like your post the more entries you’ll get!
6. If your photo includes food you’ll get bonus entries!
For the duration of the month of May we will add up the entries and the winner will be announced on the 1st of June 2020.
The draw will be random with the winner selected by a random draw program.
Winner will receive 1 free coffee per day in the month of June 2020 plus a free coffee for one friend per day in the month of June 2020 for a total of 60 free coffees RRP $270. Additional extras to the coffees will not be included only the basic cost of $4.50 per coffee is covered by this prize. Contact will be made with the winner on the 1st of June through a facebook post on Pilpel Express Facebook page. Should the winner be uncontactable, after 24 hours of that post being published, Pilpel Express will re-draw until contact can be made with an entrant.

Only Valid on Thursday or Sunday at Night with the purchase of the Israeli Set Menu for 4 adults or more. Not valid with any other promotions or offers. To claim this deal customers must advise their wish to claim at the time of booking. This offer can be claimed at a lunch time on Thursday or Sunday only in the instance of 4 or more adults ordering the Israeli Set Menu. This offer is not valid with any other menu item options. If at the time of the restaurant booking there is less than 4 adults the offer is no longer valid and the bottle of wine will be forfiet.
